Meet Noam, CoHo BC’s Co-Founder & Real Estate Specialist

NOAM’S PATH TO CO-FOUNDING COHO:

Noam’s passion for co-ownership comes out of his passion for people and the planet. With a background in environmental and sustainability education, and community development, Noam entered real estate with a vision of helping people create housing that is socially, environmentally and economically sustainable for them, their community and the planet.

Early on in Noam’s real estate career, he identified co-ownership as an important and viable solution for many trying to navigate the real estate market and create better housing for themselves and their family. After years of conversations with other likeminded professionals, Noam finally took the leap, co-founding CoHo BC in 2018, an focusing his professional work on this type of housing.
