Calling out for individuals 55+ who believe in a more affordable housing market and who are interested in sharing expenses & experiences. Work towards purchasing a house together with individual suites (triplex or fourplex) or with shared kitchen & living areas depending on your preference.

I’m a single female (though dating lol), late 60's. Seeking community.

That community could be a building with separate units for each owner/couple/family or I would consider sharing one home with independent, healthy, fit, active other seniors.

I would have up to $200,000.00 cash and ability to qualify for another $300,000.00 mortgage..
Four of us singles with a similar cash flow could buy a 4 bedroom home/townhouse for $2,000,000.00.

My preferred area is Grandview Woodlands but anywhere there is walkability to shops/restaurant's/parks/entertainment would be considered. I would love to park my old RV on-site which could also be used as a shared guest cabin. I'm a sometimes fused glass artist and it would be amazing to have a shared studio space garage/basement/laneway.
