I’m looking to build community with a combination of private units or common amenities, and a shared goal of great neighbours. I'm very open to a variety of arrangements. 

I work in film and the public health end of the naval reserves. I’m looking for a stable location to raise a child. I love to make a variety of kinds of art. I like to both have space to share, indoors or out, and space to call one's own, both physically and acoustically. I'm a queer settler living on unceded coast salish lands. I'm a bit on the autism spectrum, so I'm good with numbers and bad at loud events. I am a big fan of direct communication.

My ideal location would be in New West, West Coquitlam, Burnaby or possibly Vancouver, away from large sources of noise (not next to a highway or train).

I need 600 sq.ft. of finished living space, and an area which is finished or unfinished (such as a garage) that I can use as a studio. I would prefer to have a yard with plants in it. I am good to share a house, duplex, or multi-plex.

I’m able to cover $400,000 with a 20% downpayment. Plus, if you have an income but few assets, help with your downpayment can be discussed.
